Should I be concerned?
My legs and feet are swelling like No tomorrow.. I know some swelling is normal but this seems very big and a lot.. I’ve elevated iced cold rags watched what I eat, compression socks and nothing seems to be going down only bigger.. they now go completely numb even just sitting around the house here’s photos of them

Like a tingling sensation. I can’t describe it. It’s super uncomfortable

Mine look the same. Nothing has helped in my experience either 😕 I had mildly elevated blood pressure though, so I think that was related to it and was told to monitor twice per day at home. So far hasn't progressed into anything at least - 120s or 130s/80s max, but pre-pregnancy I had low to normal blood pressure so that's pretty high for me. 🥲

@Smcmillan33,
this is me right now normally pre pregnancy my bp was always on the lower side 80/50-90/60 and so it’s been about 126 today which is elevated for us but not a concern for my doctor

Mine started swelling in the last 2 days(but the weather has been so hot too). I’m assuming it’s because I’m approaching my due date ♀️ because every woman I spoke with who had a baby told me their feet were swollen in their last 1-2 weeks of pregnancy

Check your blood pressure. If you don’t have a way to do it at home, a lot of grocery stores have the thing you can put your arm in to check.

mine look the same! It’s awful. The only thing that slightlyyy helped was foot massage while wearing compression socks (pushing the fluid up in direction back towards heart not feet) but I feel like it’s a pretty normal end of pregnancy thing!!

The swelling is crazy for me lately. I reduced salt thinking that was the main factor and no relief.
I have a couch that has a chaise lounger so I’ve been sitting in it backwards and propping my feet on the cushions and that has helped a lot. The swelling is so bad in my knees and shins that it makes them extra sensitive. I tried to get on my knees to look into my dryer the other day and it hurt so bad, like my knees felt like they were going to explode with the added pressure. I can only wear 1 pair of my shoes and it’s a pain to get them on but my feet are too swollen for flip flops. Also my blood pressure has been good so it’s not related to that. Sometimes we just swell more than others is what I’ve chalked it up to be.

I am going through the same thing. Ive been told its normal and will go away after pregnancy and the things that are helping me reduce it drastically is keeping them elevated above your heart level- sit with your feet up as much as you can. Also massage helps in upwards direction which my husband is doing 2-3 times a day that brings down the swelling a lott.
