@metronetfiber So the ticket numbers are a privacy issue??? How about you all just fix the problem and we won’t have to worry about it anymore. We can’t even mow our yard in that area. I guess we should just start and hope we don’t cut the lines.

Hey @metronetfiber why the hell does my nephews mother have to pay $300 for equipment even though their entire home burnt down!? That’s stupid, and I believe you should change your ******* policy if that’s a thing! No one should have to pay **** if their home was burnt down!!

I was today yrs old when I found out that @metronetfiber can destroy my property, hit gas lines, block sewage & not pay 4 the damage while laying fiber optic lines in our neighborhood. I've spent $$$ on my sprinkler system, sod & even landscaped the R side by myself! Merica!😡🤬

Whew man. @Xfinity certainly is doing a great job of selling us on the @metronetfiber service that’s coming into our neighborhood this summer. Garbage connectivity recently, 40 minutes on the phone with support today as they swore up and down that the problem was my modem.

@ikeif I got @metronetfiber and even though I see ATT fiber servicing public buildings, so I know they could if they wanted to, but they just don’t want to. Why would I wait for them to get it together? Unrelated, Spectrum sucks.

@ikeif @metronetfiber I have to agree with you there. There is a “suck scale” for ISPs. So far, Metronet is on about 1 on the sucks 10 - 1 not sucks … but I’m just giving it time. Going on 2 years, so that’s impressive they’ve chosen to not suck… yet…

Got @metronetfiber two weeks ago. So far I do not recommend. The signal is weak and they emailed me an invoice with a due date of 6/4 (tomorrow) and immediately started calling and emailing me daily about paying it starting a week ago. Not cool Metro

I HATE that I have to do this, but I feel forced: Can anyone point me in the direction of a @metronetfiber manager that is actually accessible? We’ve had 2+ years of great service capped off with an incredibly tone deaf conclusion. Bad communication and $500+ cancellation fees…

.@metronetfiber keeps sending guys to my door to get me to switch and still won’t address the damage done to my lawn (outside of their easem*nt) when they came through our neighborhood. Their customer service is worse than Mediacom. #DoBetter
